The condo had everything we needed for a short visit and was enjoyable for our small family. The property was in a quiet area, close to the strip but tucked away from the noise. The pools were clean and the indoor pool was heated, which was a great bonus.
The mattresses were not comfortable, with the king mattress being loud and the bunk bed mattresses being too firm. The furniture in the condo was outdated and wobbly, and overall cleanliness could be improved.

The location of this property was great! It was conveniently located near the strip, but still tucked away enough to avoid the noise and hustle. Plus, the pools were clean and the indoor pool was heated, which was perfect for a winter vacation.
There were a few aspects that I didn't like. the cleanliness of the property was subpar.

We had a great value for our money at the hotel and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, and we appreciated being able to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
While the breakfast options were decent, it would have been nice to have more variety in the food selection.

For the price, we got great value and a comfortable room that fit everyone. The location was perfect, close to the strip but tucked away from the noise. The indoor pool was clean and the heated temperature was just right. Plus, the balcony was a nice bonus.
The breakfast option could have been better, maybe with more variety or fresher items.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Gatlinburg and had a fantastic experience. My family and I stayed at a cozy unit that comfortably accommodated everyone. The indoor pool was clean and at the perfect temperature, making it convenient for a relaxing swim. Additionally, all the necessary information was provided, so I didn't have to worry about carrying around a key. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it allowed us to easily walk to various attractions. the owners were incredibly friendly, and their attention to detail made our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with kids who can enjoy the bunk beds.
I would recommend this hotel.

The property is tucked away in a quiet area but close to the strip, offering a peaceful stay. The spacious bathroom was a plus. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all that Gatlinburg had to offer. Having a fridge to keep our drinks cold was a nice perk. And of course, the kids loved having a pool to swim in after a day of sightseeing.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints.

Great location - close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit. Nice indoor pool - clean and at a perfect temperature for swimming.
Uncomfortable mattresses - the king-size mattress was loud and uncomfortable, and the bunk bed mattresses were too hard for our liking. Lack of washcloths - only one cosmetic washcloth was provided, so if you don't have loofahs, you may need to bring your own.

Great location, close to attractions and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size.
The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with dirty floors and dirty cookware. The refrigerator was set on the highest setting and we couldn't find a way to lower it, resulting in our food getting frozen and ruined.
